You will find here some useful links and addresses if you are searching for good student tricks. This list is far from finished, but nevertheless you will get some good leads to find the right contacts and the right places. Do not hesitate to ask the student organisation directly if you have any questions: they will be glad to help you.

First, there are two universities in Munich, the LMU (Ludwig-Maximilian Universität) and the TUM or TU (Technische Universität Muenchen) whose web sites are overflowing with all information you could ever wished about courses, educational organisation, campus life, or sport activities.

Also have a peek at the web site "World Student", a gate to the world of students (and this, for over 50 different countries !). If you have just turned up in Munich, or anywhere else for that matter, and are feeling a little bit lost, this site acts as a survival guide, helping you to discover the essentials for living and working in Germany. You'll find everything from how to manage Uni. integration (studies, education, cost), to getting to grips with the country's admin. (admission, visa, insurance, health insurance) and so on.
